I've had a wide range of opinions on this so I thought I would poll the experts if you're willing. It actually looks better than this scan but the scan is better than my photography skills (I can't seem to get the color right.) Thanks

Depends on how the luster looks in hand. I'll guess MS64.

Few hits, but a weak strike, so unless there are a lot of fine scratches which don't show in the scan MS64.
