I posted a while back about having been taken by a sh*theel dealer who altered (2)
1986 CCC Reprint T-206's and sold them as "authentic". When I received them it was obvious that they had been aged and the "CCC Reprint 1986" was carefully scratched off the bottom. After confronting him he tried to blow me off at first, but after threat of filing a fraud claim and that I would drop a f**king feedback bomb on him he relented. Problem was he said he'd only refund amount after his PayPal and eBay fees were deducted. I thought this unfair since he was the one who dealt dishonestly, so I filed the dispute with PayPal.
I received my refund 2 days ago for the complete amount
(INCLUDING the shipping costs he originally charged me)
Moral of the story.....
It doesn't matter the amount. This should be done so that guys like this don't get away with screwing us.

I better get PayPal for myself too so that I have some kind of protection. Just sending a check is asking for trouble as its the situation I am in now.
Its interesting that a threat of filing got this guy's attention. You did good going to Paypal.

Seriously, PayPal has been great for me and I would recommend it HIGHLY for buyers.
It's also so freakin easy when it comes to paying for stuff !!!. Mine is based off of my ATM/Credit account which keeps me honest in my buying also (can't over-extend myself).
It doesn't cost anything to go after sh*tty dealers, and you have everything to gain !!!
