    They had one on display at the new Smithsonian display. I think Xbob has a photo of it.

    Neat depression scrip item. There is also an unusual one made out of fish skin parchment from the small
    town of Friday Harbor, Washington. I have sold a few of those on Ebay over the years.

    the link is for the smithsonian on-line exhibition. they have an on-line search of about 500k coins....
    I was just tooling around the site and found these coins. fascinating stuff.

    neat items and full of history of a very difficult time in our country. My only concern buying something like this is that they would be too easy to counterfeit.
