Grade In - $5 Indian and PCGS grading question

I bought this $5 half eagle gold coin on Ebay the other day for $330.00. It is slabbed and graded by PCI as MS-60. Any guess as to what it would make at PCGS?
I have this coin and several others that are both slabbed and unslabbed (4 Indian gold coins, 2 Morgans, 1 Washington quarter, 2 Barber dimes) that I am considering sending off.
If I join the PCGS as a "platinum member" will the 8 free grades cover these types of coins?

Just my 2 cents
It's hard to grade these from photos and one man's MS60 is another mans AU-55 so
The 8 free submissions are "regular" so they cover any US coins.
Good Luck!

Overall the luster looks good, although the places to really check are the buldges of the fields by the Indian's neck and between the Eagle's legs. Does the luster on these points match the rest of the coin? If so, then the coin is probably UNC, otherwise high-AU.
There is some chatter that looks a little distracting, especially around the motto "In God We Trust," but this may be acceptable for an UNC coin, but I suspect it will keep the grade below MS62.
The details on your coin look great, especially in the head dress. Looks like a better than average strike to me, and this is usually what seperates the the 61s from the 62s in the slider range.
So in summery, if there is wear on the high points of the fields of this coin, then it would probably go AU-55, (58 if not for the chatter.) If there is no wear on the coin, then MS61 would be my guess for better than average strike but worse than average field chatter. If the coin has poor eye appeael, then PCI's MS60 seems about right.

I have bought 3 Indian quarter eagles, 2 half eagles one liberty half eagle and one eagle and plan on sending them all in and seeing how I did buying them. I have read a lot about fraud, counterfits, especially with these types of coins and it will be interesting to see what I end up with.
Only one other coin has been graded (if you can call it that), is the 1881S Liberty half eagle that is graded NNC MS-60 PL. I gave less than $175 for it, so I can't get hurt unless its a fake.
Don't for get to put a minimum grade for the cross over or they will assume you only want it to cross at the current grade and they will send it back in the original holder.

Light hairlines are to be expected since this series did not have raised rims to protect the fields. I don't see any evidence of cleaning in your pics but it may be cleaned.

If that mint mark is a circle you are in business !
So with a little luck, you may get a 61, and yes, if you join PCGS those type coins can be used as your "complimentary" submissions.
Had been in a PCI holder as a MS60 coin.
I have nine more crossover grades for gold coins purchased from Ebay that I will be posting in a new topic.

Nope, it was a 58. I gave the grade in my previous post as received from PCGS.
