eBay and "PSA" number grades

After seeing Hubs post for this card

I'm curious how these guys are getting away with assigning a "PSA" value in their description if it's not even graded by them? Is eBay really allowing this?

I am just so disgusted by the further demise of eBay

I think the only time Ebay will do something about issues such as this, is if someone complains to them about the auction. Now, if you owe them fees or something they will be all over that in a heartbeat.
