They may be recent highs, but not highest ever by a long shot.

I'll happily take the ex-Norweb 1875 dated silver off your hands. I even think it's 92.5% silver, so I guess I'll have to offfer you a little more.

Heavily invested in a stock mutual fund since 1987. It has been a
wild ride up and down since then.
  • Stocks? Silver? Coins?

Well, yes I have some and I'm happy about that.

But I can say I'm really glad to be long a 1969 Mickey Mantle base ball card certified PSA 10. image

I have some silver and some unconventional stocks (gold, etc.).

Silver will keep on going. I'm still waiting on the $600 gold so I can collect a bet.

Carl, a friend of mine has a complete mint set of 1969 Tops baseball cards. He bought the set when he was 14 years old. Said it was like $25 at the time. I forget exactly. Last time I ventured on the card forum I was told it was worth $2000-$4000 depending on card centering. For now, he is just happy to own the set. Sounds like a cool thing to own....'69 was such a cool year. He lives in Long Beach as well.
