    These aren't really auctions. They are just up for sale at a fixed price. Perhaps if either one of them sells, the seller will remove the other listing. I think this happens all the time on ebay.

    Probably what they are hoping is they can sell the single coin, then revise the set without anyone noticing or remove the auction completely after one of the 2 sells. They are both set as BIN only, but it is odd that they have both listed to sell the same coin
