Little help on a 1921 S Morgan

Couldn't find any clash or doubling but there is a very prominent die crack across the rt wing tip.

Appears to be a planchet flaw to me and not a die crack. Bob

Kinda looks like a raised area sorta like a low die cud.

A planchet error is what I was thinking about as I haven't seen this break or even a cud on this series in this area.

Looks like a lamination to me.

So is a lamination the result of the mint strike, breaking off a subsurface flaw in the planchet? I'd think that if the lamination were already present, the quality of the strike would be affected in some fashion. I have a '21D VAM 1L with a lamination right in the area of some of the most obvious cracking, and it all seems to be unaffected.
