1]The black 3d crud around LIB... almost always a sure sign of AT (Hard to see in this pic unless you enlarge it)
2]You can actually see where a liquid pooled in front of the portrait. See the toning line that mirrors the relief of the portrait a couple millimeters into the field in front of the nose & lips?
3] You would not know this from looking at this pic, but the seller of this coin has an ebay store and 80% of the coins in the store all have tone very similar to this one. Maybe he should rename his store "Doctors Office".

I see the liquid-like pooling that is mentioned. But I see that on amateur dipped Morgans too, where the dip isn't washed off entirely. It shows up especially if they're stuck in the window to retone (I tried it on a rare VAM that looked stupidly white)
I'd guess these are dipped and retoned coins--even maybe a sunlight 2 week job to hide the dipping. Definately not typical Cellophane mint set toning IMHO.

I don't understand this at all....
One more thing, though you cant see it in my crappy pix, this coin exhibits "the haze" that often accompanies accelerated toning.

Or, are you just going by known "tells"?
I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment
