1955 - 1964 Proof Washington Quarter Set

I came across one of these sets with 10 quarters at a flea market. The coins are in a plastic case with a black background. About 1/2 of the coins have dark toning on them at the edges. I have been unable to locate any information about the set, or its potential value. I can find individual proof coin values, but nothing about this kind of set.
The asking price was $120 which seemed high to me.

No real magic to determine the value - it's the individual coin values based on date & grade.
