69 and 70 is the same thing pretty much. Its like playing the lottery when you send these coins in, IMO. Why cant people just collect them all togethor in the proof sets? I think they look better like that anyway.

IMO, it's better for the hobby as a whole to be a little loose on the 70 grade. There's simply too much price differential between 69 and 70 and too little quality differential [in many cases].
