Thanks SHANE --- Customer service

I want to publicly thank Shane at PSA Customer Service--- A job well done for assisting me recently. For those out there that enjoy working with someone that has a positive attitude, Shane is the perfect example. Thanks again SHANE for the cheerful service--- Tony Frederickson

P.S. Customer Service person "Anna" has also done well for me.

I spoke once to Shane about the guidelines for the now past 50s special, he was very informative and accurate. I posted reagrding this before, to try and clear up some questions as to values permitted and so on. His help was greatly appreciated.

It seems almost anyone you speak with direcly at PSA is very professional and polite. I have only had a problem with unanswered e-mail regarding the unusual size of a T 202 triple folder card's potential for inclusion in my free grading via club membership.

Agreed...this is one area that PSA has definitely improved over the last couple of years. It wasn't always that way.

I for one, think the customer service still stinks. I get the same rude guy on the phone whenever I call and I feel like I am being scolded as opposed to being a paying customer.

I have to agree with Zef on this one. Generally the customer service at PSA has been top notch, but over the past month their service has to be at an all time low. I can't remember when I have ever had an issue with PSA and not a person who could resolve the issue. I had an issue with PSA back last month and as a last resort emailed Joe Orlando about the situation- not once, twice but three times. No response at all from the President of PSA. That is pretty pathetic in my opinion.
He knows I am pissed about it and yet never had the concern or courtesy to pick up the phone.

i spoke to Shane yesterday, and he was very nice.. although there wasn't much he could do for me, he was courteous and helpful..

i'll take a wild guess that the person's name that Zef is talking about starts with "J"..
