If it is wireless, why do you need a hook up?

Actually, imagine you could PP directly to the dealer when buying. Maybe even pull images from dealer web site and show them to others for advice....

usually not a hard thing to find...when I am up in boston and need a connection, I sometimes pull into best buy or other area stores, and never had a problem getting a signal.

I would venture a guess there will be several available, thing is will they be unsecure so you can use them, and if they are unsecure, will you be secure using em image

sadly, unlike a lot of the newer centers...unless it has changed...Baltimore Center sees wireless as something to sell to vendors so it is not available for free

Most cellular phones do not work inside the Baltimore Convention Center, so don't expect too much by way of technology there.

I can tell you that wireless internet access with a strong signal was available at the West Palm Beach convention center two weeks ago...

I am jealous that you all get to go to Baltimore. I was there in Nov. 2004 for the National Council of the Social Studies Annual Convention. The facilities are beautiful and the city is fun. Go to Fells Point at night to get loaded. Cell phones do work in the Convention Center, but if I remember wireless is available but you have to pay.

There are also some great bars and restaurants on the Skywalk, and the restaurants on the Inner Harbor are fun too. I recommend Babalu's (Cuban). It's over by ESPN Zone and a night club the Electric something or other.

Live it up down there gents and ladies!

If there's a Starbuck's close. they usually provide wireless in and around their shops.

It's not available inside the convention center in any economical manner. I've never had problems with cellular inside though.

I think Cingular is the only service that enjoys consistent service inside the Convention Center. There is one service (Sprint I belive) that has no coverage whatsoever inside the convention center.

I don't think it's Sprint. I have Sprint and I was able to use my phone inside the convention center.

I have Cingular and Verizon and both work well inside. No experience with Sprint.
