So much anger

I completed a sale to an Ebay member with no appearent problems. Positive feedback flowed as easily as a stream in the summertime. Then that member sends me a message with an "!" saying I could have returned his overpayment for shipping. This is the first I have heard anything from him about it. I sent him a reply that I would be more than happy to do so. Why are people so quick to cop an attitude where no malice has been shown? At least give someone a chance to fix something before getting so mad!

PS- Maybe Elaine Benes wrote it and felt it didn't have enough "!". LOL

ALWAYS Looking for Chris Sabo cards!
<< <i>Jesus... he got all bent outa shape over $2.25? I guess next time he'll be a little more patient and wait on the invoice. I like quick payers as much as the next guy, but if they're not careful enough to read the auction and do 3 seconds worth of math, that's not my fault. I feel your pain Bighurt4. >>
Look at the people on these boards-- at least this guy got bent about an auction he actually won. You see guys here ready to string a seller up by the toenails even if they're not bidding on the guys auctions.
Ebay rage is like road rage-- it happpens because you're anonymous. I've gotten emails from Ebay buyers before that were laced with language that nobody would dream of using if they saw me face to face.
Forget blocking him; find out where he lives and go punch him in the nuts. --WalterSobchak 9/12/12

The internet would be a much better place if we all had horn buttons installed on our keyboard!
