That is really odd looking, but it looks like it is on the coin.

Looks like somebody gave it a wipe before submission and it turned in the holder. This is not a piece I would buy. You'll just end up sending it in for grade guarantee.

Looks like the March buyer is no longer a registered user. Maybe he didn't pay?

Seller has only 3 negs in last 12 months. Tough to think he'd try to misrepresent this way, but crazier things have happened.
