If the blue is more electic in hand, I think it would be a pretty coin.

I very, very seriously agree with the above. However, I'm just not as seriously positive about the conclusion.
What I would like to know is where did you get the blueish toned plastic slab? Forget the coin, you may have a collectors item in that slab.
