Feng Shui with coins

In the Feng Shui rituals, if you put a bowl of coins in your closet it will bring you wealth. Do not place them on a high shelf as this will represent being unable to reach or attain wealth. Place your choice of coins (chinese?) in a ceramic bowl and place in your wealth corner on a mid level shelf. What coins would you suggest???
