ANACS Customer Service Update

In January ANACS lost my Morgan dollar and sent me a Chinese coin back by mistake. James Taylor called me yesterday. They got my Morgan dollar back from the guy who got it (and of course I already sent the Chinese coin back) and they're going to Fed Ex it to me with some free coin grading vouchers. I'm very pleased with his call. I just think that I should have gotten a call long before yesterday. He was very nice about the whole mixup and he offered a sincere apology. I've already sent more coins in to them so I plan on continuing to support them. What apparently is happening is what someone already pointed out. They launched their NEW ANACS format beofre making the move to Texas and getting settled down. That's definitely putting the cart before the horse. Hope they haven't shot themselves in the foot by biting off more than they can chew. You only get one chance to make a good first impression. I'm still a supporter and I wish them well. And James Taylot appears to be a good man. I enjoyed his call.

If James is making the calls, then it won't be long before he gets it straightened out. ANACS cannot afford to have the President of the company making calls and giving away free grading. That helps the customer service but not the bottom line.

All good things come to those that wait,
Looks like it will be a good day at ANACS after all.

Probably not where they Move, but just the process of Moving seems likely to provide for the opportunity for something to get lost. Either arriving at the old address too late or something getting boxed up and mismarked and just misplaced in the shuffle.
Just my opinion, but I've never Moved and not lost something. >>
