Yesterday I stopped by one of my regular dealers, this guy has been a coin dealer since before I was born! I look through stuff, and we're shooting the chit like always. He hands me 5 Morgans in flips and says "Grade these, you have a minute!", So I shoot off, 63, 64, 64, 65, and ICK (it was a chewed up dog). He looks at me and says "Close, I had two 65s". I'm wondering what this was about, and he tells me to follow him.

Back to the safes we go, he opens one and there are 3 bags on the bottom, he says they are Morgans. $1000 in each bag, I bought them in 1964. He says, next month I want you to help me sort through them so I can make a bulk submission. MS63s and better, and by the way, I opened one and a lot of the coins are toned. I don't want them they don't sell, so you can buy them at MS60 price. I don't know what the dates are, but I'm looking forward to a Sunday of sorting through 3000 Morgans!

Now, I guess I need to talk to Laura, since she knows all the marketmakers in toned coins!!!
