PCGS or Raw ?

what is the likely grade ?

and attribution because it is raw and if it is a D over S, I'd like to get it graded.

Expert opinions and any others, too

Doubled D, maybe a 65.

If it is a S underneath- thats a hefty coin worth a trip to PCGS no matter what.

It's not a D over S, so don't get your hopes up on that. It also appears to be MS, but not a gem, so I would not submit the coin because you really won't gain much of anything for the cost to slab. In truth, coins like this, when slabbed, seem to make a profit for the TPGs mostly and for others minimally.
