VAM question- pinned wing on an 1886 -Full coin pic added

I thought I saw a post in the last few days about a pinned wing VAM. This is an 1886 that appears to have something similar. Is this a known VAM? Thanks in advance guys.

I'm stumped.

The only wing die scratch I have in my database for 1886 is the VAM 1H, and that's not it. Maybe somebody else has more information.

to me it looks like a gouge not what Mad4Morgans and I call a "pinned wing" there was a thread with pics of 82 cc that we call pinned wing and clearly shows what we are talking about
