Boston Show 3rd NewPS: 1878 7TF Morgan.....VAM70 Doubled RIB

This coin is a very nice example of a VAM 70 Doubled RIB. Although the image does not show it very well it is clearly doubled. Thoughts on the grade. The coin has a slight haze to it but tilted under lighting it is extremely reflective. Any thoughts on how to get rid of the haze? Thanks for your opinions.
