It never ceases to amaze me that someone will pay double for a coin set with basically no added value at all. This is a sad state of affairs if you ask me. Can we please keep the errors confined to the actual coins themselves please and not their placement in a plastic holder.

    Are the 2004 proof sets like the 1999's that can be opened and closed at will?

    Those sets are simple to open and make that change with no evidence of tampering.

    What a shame that buyer got ripped off by that scum.

    I received a super rare Proof Set with 2 state quarter slabs instead of the usual quarter slab and cent-nickels-dime-quarter-50c-dollar slabs. Wonder if that might hit $1000.00 on eBay?
