Cool, thanks, brother! How do you attach the image? I have always spent most of my time across the street so I am basically a rookie on this side. Thanks!

This may help you in figuring out how to post pictures.

Thanks for the info! It is certainly easier here than at NGC's forum except for the 50KB limit.

I love all Matron Heads. What is that one - MS64BN?

It is actually raw. I would grade it a solid 63 and, on a generous day, a 64. The obverse pictures shows the luster well but makes it look darker than it really is. A case can be made for a RB designation but, more likely than not, it would be graded as brown.

    Thanks for you comment.

p.s. This is a Randall Hoard cent which I purchase at the Tacoma Dome a couple years back for $550.

There is no limit in size if you use photobucket.com to host your images. Once you upload the image they have the correct format to copy and paste the link write into your Forum content.

Like this: The actual text below works if you remove the "_". It is all automatic and easy.

Becoka, thanks for the tip. I use photobucket but it seems to me that there is a limit of 10 or 12 pix. It is probably user error. Do you know if there is a limit?

    Sweet half cent, btw!!

    MrYuk:
I have several dozen pics on photobucket and am not even close to my limit. Most of my images I can get down to 100K or less with out losing much. I usually keep the images below 640 pixels per side and do a 20% jpeg compression.

    Michael:
Thanks for the complement. I will be breaking it out soon for some better pics. I also have a large cent I will be doing.

Ditto! Very rare not having the usually splotching found in these. Your's is a great, above average example! That is a great Randall Hoard Cent!! Gotta love the miser who hoarded these cents in the first place. Otherwise, they'd be as costly as the Classic Head in mint state.
