From the description:

This is the Holkar Mulki Medal of the Princely State of Indore.
This Holkar Mulki Medal was for approved services in Civil (as distinct from Military) departments of the state of Indore. It is made by Spink & Son of London.


Obverse: In centre a five-pointed star with at its centre a sun in full splendour around which is a border with the Sanskrit inscription: Do your best and trust in Providence. The star is imposed on a wreath surmounted by a Chhatri (State umbrella).
