However, if it's being offered by a well-respected dealer who is also an ex-PCGS graded it's probably OK.

Isn't she like 60 now? But, she does look pretty boinkable in that fitness machine commercial with chucky norris.......

none of us can say for sure if it was AT or NT and how it was made
if AT.
we have all learned one way or another, that if you like the coin
feel free to buy it if the price is right.
otherwise, when you sell, be prepared for others to call it AT
and get into this debate.
no one will pay strong money for it unless it is slabbed?
