    Perhaps the 1834 in your other thread and this coin are excellent examples of the problems grading this series... the 1834 is either better than 45 and in the 50-53 range (Which I believe it is based upon the overall look and the above average strike) and the 1836 is probablyy graded a 30 and may be a 30 but it really looks as if there is a significant grade spread between the two.

    The 1836 is not bad at all... it looks original and I like it.

  • Since this doesn't have much action I will tell you it's a VF30(nice call in the second post).. Although it's a Reiver coin... I think that gave it a boost lol

    F12 but nice for the grade.
