I am sending in some free subs..RAW BIG scans inside

Prolly sending these in Monday. I have no money! I saw a post here about Stone's 8.5 step program and my interpretation is that grading postage is allowable. Here are my 4 free for 75% of my 55 topps set. and six freebies. Discuss! I like big scans!

Looks like some solid 6's, but barley worth the risk of grading fee in my opinion.

Thanks for your expertise. I "hopps" to get 9's on the 63 fleers and "marley" 6-7's on the 55's. Also, they are my FREE grades, so is it worth the fee NOW?

    Rip,

That's crazy how the black box around the Pirates logo on the Groat is missing the right-side, yet the card appears to be well-centered overall. When your post first showed up on my screen, I only saw the top half of the card, and it looked miscut until I saw the entire card. I searched ebay for some Groats and most have the complete box, but some are very close to the edge of the card (black border almost touching the card edge). Anyway, do you think it could have any bearing on the grade you'll get?

Also, how in the world did they get a picture of Ricky "Wild Thing" Vaughn on the Bolger card 35 years before the movie "Major League" was even made?

Good luck on the submission, you know who to find if you end up with 6's on the 55's, although I'm hoping you'll do better than that.

    -Tom

P.S. I also like the McDougald card.

They are still not worth sending in for free if you are now losing out on the ability to send in higher grade stars for only the return shipping.

If those are the last few you need on your '55s, then by all means get them in the mail yesterday.
