I have the # 1 John Unitas Master Set and a buyer who wants me to price it. This is my first set to sell and was wondering????Do I take my cost plus a percentage or Keystone it or--What is the Philosophy in pricing Sets. Need your advice. Thanks in advance.

You take every dollar you can get that still gets a deal done. Seriously. Find out, if you can, a range that he/she might be willing to pay. That will give you a head's up as to whether or not there is even a deal to be done.
Remember, your BATNA [best alternative to a negotiated agreement] is just keeping the set and not selling it. The ZOPA [Zone of Potential Agreement] is somewhere above your walk-away price and somewhere below his highest willingness to pay.
