But one thing to correct... "charges dropped" does not mean lack of evidence. More than likely it is because the person who pressed charges had them dropped... which is why there was a cash settlement. Just like in the previous Michael Jackson cases.

But one thing to correct... "charges dropped" does not mean lack of evidence. More than likely it is because the person who pressed charges had them dropped... which is why there was a cash settlement. Just like in the previous Michael Jackson cases.
Charges dropped= not enough evidence to find a defendent guilty so yes i'll take a cash settlement for us having sex and having a media problem everywhere I go now.
Michael Jordan did this same thing with a women and settled out of court for cash, so why not bring up jordan?
