Can someone post some pictures of a 1964 Kenedy with accented hair vs regular hair so that I can see the difference? I have no idea what I am looking for. ALso, how many with accented hair variety were minted?

Regular left, AH right
About 1-3% are AH.
With the "V", accented hair. No "V" regular.
There is also differences in the lettering. The I in liberty is missing a seriph on the AH
<< <i>Wow, that is not very noticeable. Those appear to be proof coins. Is the accented hair only on proofs? >>
Yes.
There are also differences on the reverse, but you really need to study to get good at that.
I think Russ has sniped some good ones from a reverse only pic.
extremely well written from what I remember...
<< <i>If you search through forum history Russ has a link to the definitive webpage on them (his own I think)... >>
Here it is: LINK
Hethinks he's an expert on many things numismatic, and does take a damn good coin picture.
