That means it shud be expected to cross at PCGS or NGC?

The threads here show there's plenty of cases where a good coin doesn't cross or an coin most would agree shouldn't be in a holder still makes it. I'm trying to say this definitely looks 65 unlike some 65's I've seen holdered.
