I have decided to dig through my change bag a little more in depth now... and have come across a 1969-S as well as a purple/blue/green toned 1959-D.

I, too, save all my change. When I get bored I go through it looking for goofs, rare dates and other anomalies. I would hate it if I thought that I gave away an interesting modern coin.
