Looks CAM to me. Reverse looks DCAM, but very hard to tell

The 62 Franklin looks to have a Cameo Obverse
but the reverse is not cameo. the coin is thus
not even Cameo, forget about DCAM it aint gonna happen.

I think it would DCAM. Note that for the reverse you would be looking at the second set down from the top.
