Grade Guarantee Submission Question

Anyone know how this process works? I've had a coin that arrived at PCGS on 01/12 that wasn't entered in the system till 01/30 I've emailed and called twice about it with little results. Does the coin go in the grading room then on to David for a final decision? Is there a certain turnaround time? As a paying customer, I hate indefinate delays of any kind from anybody. What Cha think?

There's no rhyme or reason to how quickly these get done. Sometimes a couple weeks, sometimes several months.
