This is our country's miracle ... What a fabulous game. I haven't been this excited since 1993 and the Joe Carter HR.

    On any given day, a poor baseball team can beat an excellent baseball team. Not that I'm saying Canada has a poor team, but that's just how it is with the sport.

    Its why you play the game . The Canadians almost lose to South Africa last night , they don't have three of there best pitchers Harden, Gagne, and Dempster but they win today

    Thats why baseball doesnt work in the olympics, the series are too short, and just like in this tournament, a 4 team round robin series, is not enough games to play, to give the best team the win in the end. I just don't think the US team played enough together as a team, and are prepared enough for this tournament. Congrats to Canada though, cuz I had heard they had trouble even filling there roster. I didn't understand why the US was the heavy favorite for the whole tourney, I feel it will be Dominican, Venezuela, Cuba, or Japan.
