Has this Morgan been dipped?

This coin just looks funny to me, maybe just a bad photo. But it doesn't shine like a MS coin. And I notice some light toning on the reverse but NONE on the obverse. Tell me what you think?

Smoebody forgot to put the planchet between the dies. Otherwise, it looks good to me!
