$20 Liberty Doubled Die??

A collector brought this '79-S $20 in for me to attribute. I checked with my library and researching the internet but so far unable to locate a reference to it. Any info appreciated. Have a great day.

    There's a few $20's with doubling on the motto like that. I usually get $25-50 extra for them.

    Appears to be clearly doubled, especially from the separation of the arrow tips.
