ebay ID that hasn't been used in 3 years + private auction + 3 day listing = SCAM!

What is the link again to report this to ebay???

I have use this Email address before. notification@ebay.com I can not seem to locate the link ( even if i did i have yet to correctly post a link on these boards as i am technically challenged!)
