Reholdering 4 coin set

in PCGS Set Registry Forum
Does anyone know what it would cost or if PCGS reholders 4 coin sets? I have a 4 coin set $5,$10,$25,$50 set that has a scratch on the holder.

    Another option is to polish out the scratch if it's not too deep. Do a search
    in the US Coin forum for "scratches" and you'll find a dozen threads with a
    dozen different methods of removing scratches from slabs.
