What US Mint products have tanked recently?

Let's say, in the last ten years.. Are any US Mint-ordered products (proof sets, mint sets, commemoratives) selling below what the issue price was?

By "tanking" I mean "going down in value".

And by many, he means almost all, except the statehood quarters.

Mint sets have done pretty well except the '00 and '02. They're down a little.

I'd suspect most of the fingerprinted and spotted proof sets are below issue price.

I've got a couple impaired proof sets that weren't worth the return postage for a refund.

With the exception of the Marines, the 2002-2005 modern commemoratives have been duds.

The 2001 Buffalos are up almost 50% over last year

I'm not finding anything in the way of recent SAEs that are much below what the mint asked for them. Most are over.

there was this Legacies of Freedom tandem set with the 2003 SAE and a Silver Coin from the UK.

It sold for fifty from the mint. I bought a couple of them off of ebay for under forty. I think they will be sucking wind for a long time to come.

I think the 2001 P&D Kennedy is a joke. They got the 2001 P Kennedy listed in the Red Book at ten bucks in MS65. This is total manipulation of the market as the US MINT is still selling them, four years later.

Tanked is what I need to get to figure that one out.

    2. Euro/State Quarter Sets.

Both sold for $50 each and now sell for about half that.
