Can some one look at this strange Pennsylvania Quarter Dollar? Can't tell if it's an error of value

These here are pictures of a Pennsylvania state Quarter Dollar-P coin. In the coin what looks like an error, but not sure if it's anything special, is lady liberty on reverse seems to be missing a hand and her two bottom feet along with a portion of her dress. I also notice that on both the head's and tail's side it has this weird shiny mark covering a certain amount from center on out, and close towards the end of the coin it has it's normal color.

Hell, I don't need to exercise.....I get enough just pushing my luck.
  • Looks like a strike thru error, where the die is filled with grease in spots resulting in spots on the die not properly struck. Might be worth 20.00 bucks to someone. There are lots of anomolies with the state quarter series. Look up state quarter errors under the coin section of ebay listed under errors. Good luck with it.

Looks like a filled-die error. Not sure what the "shiney" mark is called but it's on all my filled die errors too.

    ditto...grease spot strike thru etc

welcome to the boards...if your collecting statehoods I would suggest looking thru
some rolls of various states, after a while you will see thats quite common on them
