1990 Leaf, no #1 card?

in PSA Set Registry Forum
I was looking at the 1990 Leaf PSA Registry set. The first card says "Introductory card" but there is no number associated with it. The next card is #2. Is the Introductory card #1 or is there no #1 card in the set? What does the Introductory card look like?

    they might not list it as card #1 b/c there is no "#1" designation on the card itself - its just the introductory card

    Did that card even come in packs? I have one as part of a set I bought when it came out but was never aware of its origin.

    it sure did come in packs. i opened enough packs of both series back in 90 to have but together at least 4, probably 5 complete sets. I know for a fact that the card came in the packs.

    I will have to check the checklists that were cards themselves and see if it is listed on the checklist.

    This should end the debate. Check out Big John's set and the pick of the Henderson checklist card. Card #1 (drum roll)...is "the Leaf Set".
