Which of these is nicer? Any chance the SGC would be a PSA 9 (OC)?

    I think SGC=PSA 7 or 8OC

    That's one of the nice things about PSA's qualifiers.
    You know that the PSA 9 (OC) would be a 9 if it wasn't off-centered.

    With the SGC 7.5, you're kind of left wondering is it only a 7.5 because it's so off-centered,
    or are there other problems with the card that would keep it out of an 8 holder ?

    Can't really tell from the scan. As to which one I would rather have ... is neither a choice ? image
