I don't see any P mint-marked Morgan dollars in the population report. Did Philadelphia EVER mint Morgan dollars. I've found at least 5 Morgan dollars on eBay that state the mintmark as "P". Can't be can it?

Yup, all the ones that say 1881-P have no mintmark.

As for the rest of coins, when they dont have a mintmakr they were made in Philly.
