Here's a 1953 Spanish peseta with noticable doubling. The serifs on the letters are split, so I believe that it's hub and not strike doubling.

Bill, the actual date of the coin can be found in the 2 stars on either side of UNA on the reverse. The lower star has 19 and the upper star appears to be either 54 or 56

The star has a 56 on it.
