The last auction this user ID was involved in was Dec-01-04. I'd say it's extremely suspicuous that all of a sudden he'd come out of no where with a vintage set of this quality. Also, the current high bidder is suspicuous as well.
Like Brian said highly suspicious that an ID with no activity since 04 comes out with set of this quality from out of nowhere. Why only a 3 day auction? User ID's Kept Private....... Also the number 1 graded set has no PSA 10 in it and no OC's.
Yep, looks like there's a new round of scams from phished User IDs.
Someone else was selling a PSA 8 Knute Rockne National Chicle that ebay must have pulled. Same MO: Private auction, little recent feedback unrelated to cards, no seller experience, big $$ card.
Nope, not a scam. It's my lucky day! I can buy the whole 1963 fleer football set, #1 set, including the PSA10, for only $1000.
I emailed the guy and here's his response. Don't try to cut in front of me in line, I was here first!

I know it's taken down, but the guy's email included his website. HUNDREDS of PSA cards, 8s 9s 10s, I'm sure the scans are stolen from somewhere. This is one of my favorites - scam
This one is worse than just ebay. He's set up a whole website with fake testimonials etc.
I know this scammer has been reported before, but I'm not sure if this info has been: a whois search reveals that the top-sports-cards.com domain belongs to
"Francis Gross" 1225 Simms Heights Rd Kingston Springs, TN
A Google search for that address reveals another business (datcoinc.com) at that address. A whois search for datcoinc shows it is owned by Frank Gross, same address.

Of course the scammer could have picked that guy at random and registered the domain in his name. >>
Domain owners can usually change their domain information to list whatever names and addresses they want. It's interesting that Toni seems to always choose American names and addresses for his domain information for his websites in London, Paris, and now he's in Rome. You would think that he would makeup names and addresses for the same country in which he lists his fictional stores - LOL

Doesn't look Italian, but it's hard to tell.
Of course the scammer could have picked that guy at random and registered the domain in his name.
