4th pick

First time doing fantasy baseball. I drew 4th pick (10 teams)

I know Arod and Pujols will be gone then possibly Vlad so that leaves me to grab.....??????? at # 4. what do you guys think?

    Vlad might go #3...but if he's there, I would take him at #4. Otherwise, depends on your league setup. How about Tejada, Manny Ramirez, or Miguel Cabrera?

    I like Tejada, Manny...you need someone who has some protection around them. I might even think David Wright
    Next MONTH? So he's saying that if he wins, the best-case scenario is that he'll be paying for it two weeks after the auction ends?

    What about going with pitching.......Johan Santana.
    If you definately want power, I would go with Tiexeria

    4th pick. I'm so jealous. I picked 16th in a 16-team league.

    I'd hope for Manny in that slot, but wouldn't complain about Vladdy, Teixiera or Tejada. I'm not real keen on pitching with that high of a pick. 7th or 8th, I'd take Santana, but probably not 4th, unless your league's scoring is skewed toward big K pitchers. I'm not sure about Wright that high either, but he could very well justify the selection by year's end.

    You mixed league guys are spoiled ... my league is NL only.

    keeper league, and my three prospects over the past few years are now three of my five keepers

    Utley, Cabrera, and David Wright ... not bad. Plus I have Pujols.

    Pick one for my fifth: Isringhausen, Furcal, or Jason Schmidt?

    Perkdog - I would go with David Wright or a pitcher for the 4th pick ....
