If you're looking to sell it, I think it's always worth grading. Looks like about a six.

If you know it'll be at least a 6 I would grade it. A 5 would still be profitable, but i'm not sure it's worth the time and effort as opposed to just flipping it. You might actually get more for it raw than as a 4 or a 5 b/c people love to speculate on vintage ex+ cards...even if they only get the grade they hope for 1% of the time.
