I've been watching 1961 Topps Clemente's. Below are 3 PSA 8 cards that have recently been on ebay - try to match up the final bid with each card (no cheating).
a. Sold for $271
b. Sold for $370
c. No bids - opening bid $239

Thanks Steve, the more I look at my Clemente, the more I think it may be a 9 - so I'll probably resubmit it. I'm didn't mean to come off complaining, but I was honestly scratching my head when I saw it didn't get bids.
Thanks for playing guys - the answers are the 2nd card went for $370, the 3rd card went for $271, and the first card (mine) didn't get a bid at $239.

Yea...your Clemente I think is as good as the #2 and definitely better than the #3. Amazing sometimes it seems you do everything right on ebay and still don't get the bids expected. Your card is no question a high end 8 with an outside shot at a 9. Good luck!
do you think timing of the auction had anything to do w/ the fact you had no bidders?
